Refresh, Revamp, Reinvent your Business ~ Innovative Strategies for Changing Times

Mary LuttrellOn November 16th, 2010, I presented a workshop for GoLocal Sonoma County called “Reinvent Your Business – Innovative Strategies for Changing Times.” We discussed the four steps in the innovation process and I presented my visual diagram of the four primary arenas for innovation: Operations, Markets, Value, and Business Model. Key innovation principles include: Challenge your Assumptions; Test your Ideas; and Learn and Adapt. As Charles Darwin taught us, “It’s not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It’s the one most adaptable to change.”

Participants left the workshop with new ideas and a sense of direction, inspired to move boldly forward and make innovations in their businesses.
